Spiced Brussel Sprouts & Corn Harvest
Simple side dish with layers of flavor
Prep Time: 5 mins
12 ounces steamed brussel sprouts
12 ounces steamed corn
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon chopped chives
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat butter in large pan over medium heat
- Add chives and minced garlic
- Once chives are soft; add cumin, turmeric, and cinnamon
- Add brussel sprouts and corn
- Cook until desired firmness
- Salt & pepper to taste
