Smoked Ham Bagel
Take your bagel up a level for breakfast or brunch
Prep Time: 10 mins.
- 1 bagel (we used an “Everything Bagel” from the local bakery)
- 2 ounces of cream cheese
- 2 ounces of mashed avocado
- 1 pinch of fresh dill
- 1 slice of red onion
- 1 slice of tomato
- 4 ounces of smoked ham
- Black pepper
- Split the bagel in half and toast
- Mix cream cheese, dill, and avocado together in bowl
- On each side of the bagel:
- Spread cream cheese, dill, and avocado mixture
- Add a slice of onion and tomato
- Top with smoked ham
- Sprinkle black pepper
