Simple Hummus
15 ounce can chickpeas
3 tablespoons on roasted red peppers
2 -4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of cumin
Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth consistency
- Add additional olive oil if desired
- Season to taste
- Serve with vegetables and/or pita chips
