Seasoned Fried Chickpeas
15 ounce can of chickpeas
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
- Rinse chickpeas off with cold water, dry, and set aside
- Add oil to frying pan over high heat
- Place dried chickpeas carefully in hot oil and let fry for 5 minutes or until desired texture
- Remove fried chickpeas from oil and place on a plate with paper towels to dry
- Toss chickpeas with salt and pepper or desired seasoning while hot
