Salmon Salad Wrap
Salmon
2 large salmon fillets
2 lemons
Salt and pepper
Salad
Romaine lettuce mix
Feta cheese chunks
Cucumber slices
Red onion slices
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Flour wrap
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place salmon on sheet pan and wrap with aluminum foil, season with salt and pepper
- Squeeze juice of one lemon over both fillets
- Slice the other lemon and place each slice on top of each fillet
- Close aluminum foil.
- Bake 15 minutes, slice and set aside
- Place salad inside of wrap along with slices of salmon
