Salame Quiche
5 ounces of Italian dry salame
½ of cup of shredded Italian Five Cheese
½ of cup of 2% milk
4 eggs
1 egg yolk
½ of a red onion (sliced)
Pre made pie crust
- Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
- Bake pie crust for 10 minutes and set aside
- Set oven to 350 degrees
- Saute onion slices and salame
- Pour onions and salame on the bottom of the pie crust
- Mix eggs, milk, and cheese in a bowl
- Pour mixture over the onions and salame in pie crust
- Bake for 55 minutes or until the top begins to brown
- Let cool
