- 1 pound of Spaghetti Noodles (cooked)
- 1 slice of Jalapeño Pepper
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 2 cups Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1 sliced White Onion
- 2 tablespoons of Sugar
- 1 tablespoon of Minced Garlic
- 1 cup of Shredded Carrots
- 1 tablespoon of Ginger Paste
- 2 cups of Green Beans
- Sauce Mixture: Add soy sauce, vinegar, ginger paste, garlic, sugar, jalapeno and chicken stock in a bowl. Set aside
- Over medium heat, add coconut oil to a saucepan. Sauté onions, carrots, and green beans for 2 minutes
- Add sauce mixture and cooked noodles. Turn heat up to high
- Reduce heat when it boils, let simmer on medium to low heat until the sauce mixture is cooked into the noodles
