Brisket Nachos
6 ounces pre cooked beef brisket
2 handfuls tortilla chips
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/3 cup pico
1/3 cup salsa
1/3 cup pinto beans
1/3 cup guacamole
1/3 cup sour cream
2 handfuls shredded lettuce
1 diced roma tomato
Chipotle sauce (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spread tortilla chips on the bottom of an oven sheet pan or skillet
- Top tortilla chips with warm chopped brisket
- Then add beans, diced tomatoes, green onions, and top with the Monterey Jack cheese
- Place in oven to bake for 8-10 minutes
- Once cheese melts, top with shredded lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, pico and salsa.
- Drizzle on Chipotle sauce (optional)
