Creating a vision board at the beginning of the year helps with visualizing your goals.
Vision Board: a collage of images and words representing a person’s wishes or goals, intended to serve as inspiration or motivation.
Making your intentions clear to the universe is a common practice among the most successful people we admire.
Here’s how to create your own board:
Material
- Magazines, Newspapers, Books (anything you can cut images and words from)
- Scissors
- Glue/Push pins/Tape
- Poster Board/Cork Board
- Paper
- Pen/Pencil
Putting it Together
- Write down your goals for the next year (family, career, personal development, etc.)
- Find images and words that represent items on your list
- Cut out what you need and post it on your board
- Rearrange as needed to make sure the most important goals to you are the most visible
Make it Visible
Hang your board up in a visible place in your home (bedroom, bathroom, closet, etc.). Make sure you’re able to see it on a daily basis throughout the year. Add things as needed. The goals on the board can grow as your mind present you with more possibilities this year.
Best Wishes for you and your family in the new year!
