Here’s 8 work from home life hacks to help you adjust and stay productive:
- Keep your same work schedule. Start at your normal time and sign off when your work day is over
- Make a “to do” list in the morning before you get started
- Phone call/video conference over email when possible
- Take breaks throughout the day to stretch and walk around
- Designate a work space. Remove distractions
- Get dressed for work
- Make sure your family understands your expectations when you’re working
