Now that we have more time at home; we have the rare opportunity to hit pause on our busy lives. My days are usually full of running errands and being a taxi driver for my kids who have a lot of obligations. Pausing everything and staying at home offers time to work on things that we didn’t have time for.

- Create self care routines

- Dedicate time for home improvement projects

- Create mind maps to help create a plan for your goals
